ENERGY SERVICE AND ENERGY PLUS SERVICE
Energy Service and Energy Plus Service are two types of multi-year contracts that provide for the definition of a maximum Consumption Cap and the sharing of the energy savings achieved with the customer through a percentage discount for each MWh saved. This is possible thanks to our investments in energy efficiency. With the identification of the Consumption Cap, the savings for the customer are tangible, while the investment is borne entirely by the company.
Why choose Energy Service or Energy Service Plus
The duration of the contract - typically 10 years - allows for the deferral of the upgrade works, while the Consumption Cap with shared savings rewards virtuous energy use: this is the most suitable solution for conscious and waste-sensitive customers. The Energy Plus Service offers the additional advantage of tax deduction of the works in favour of the customer.

The Directed Heat Management contract is very popular thanks to its simplicity and consumption-based approach. This product is designed for seamless integration with heat metering systems. In addition to the operation, maintenance and Third Party Management of the heating system and supply of the energy carrier on a consumption basis, the company directly takes care of the metering, billing and collection for each individual user on the basis of the quantities actually consumed.
Why choose Directed Heat Management
This type of contract offers customers the certainty of individual consumption-based expenditure, and administrators the benefit of the outsourcing of administrative management. Unlike the Energy Service and the Energy Plus Service, definition of a Consumption Cap and carrying out of energy upgrade interventions are not included.
