We offer our customers financial services to enable them to undertake energy efficiency interventions
Customers can choose to finance energy efficiency interventions using their own funds, or through an investor. In the latter case, Geoside is able to finance the necessary investments.
The funding is repaid by the benefits of the project, given the savings on energy bills that will be achieved and the possibility of being rewarded with White Certificates. This type of contract, defined as an EPC (Energy Performance Contract), triggers particularly virtuous dynamics: the customer enjoys a share of the energy savings available without making any investment, freeing up resources for strategic interventions.
